MS and BTS

BSC analysis the survey report which delivers MS and BTS survey report, the information include: MS actual lead, power rank, BA change instruction position, DTX use instruction, downlink Quality, 6 neighbor cell receive level, carrier frequency number, BSIC value. The handset can survey 32 neighbor cell signal, but in reporting for the BTS survey report which most contains 6 cell metrical data. BSC receives the survey report which BTS sends, first carries on the following processing to the survey report: The GSM system establishes a timer for the continual two cut gap (TINIT), to prevent to carry on the cell cut frequently, after each time cuts, must wait for after the timer counts, can carry on the next time cut. Right CELLQ was the HIGH highly quality cell (refers to wireless environment and terrain is quite good, signal quality quite good cell) BSC did not need to do to its report processes immediately, was only carries on the sketchy analysis and processing, right CELLQ was the LOW inferior cell (refers to wireless environment and terrain is complex, signal quality quite bad cell) BSC must do to its report processes immediately, moreover carried on the fine analysis and processing, moreover through establishment parameter MISSNM to reported lost the value made a limit, decided the survey report the precision, if the value were time 2, if lost above 2 survey reports, then front report did not calculate that makes a fresh start to collect.

QSMC: Follow the projects which using the Kionix’s G-Sensor .This project is OEM for a American which manufacture portable GPS . Followed the project by supplying samples and dealing with the failing items .As QSMC just OEM for some famous Notebook , about the protection of HD , I introduced the G-sensor ,but QSMC’s RD locate in Tai Wan , the project has never started .
MainlandShanghai Aerospace Automobile Sensor company : Introduced Kionix’s G-Sensor . They have a ESP project which Dephi designed for GM .Then sent the samples and passed the testing. But in 2008,the crisis made the GM had to stop the processing of this project.
Tianyu: Introduce the xenon flash tube of PKI . In 2007,For PKI having processing very well to Nokia , Samsung and SonyEricsson , we started to introduce the flashtube to China . I contacted the RD of Tianyu and provide the total solution to him .Because Seraphim have no manufacture , we OEM the module by Altek (SuZhou) . College Students Should Be Allowed To Skip Classes

Should college students skip classes? Our polo shirts says no. However, in my opinion,college students should have the right to do so.It is necessary here to state the purpose of students’ ralph lauren polo shirts classes. They do this to gainmore knowledge and skills.In most cases, going to classes is a very good andirreplaceable way for students to obtain knowledge. Insome cheap ralph lauren polo shirts, however, students can benefit more if theyskip certain classes.Some do so because they are not in the mood forclasses at that special moment; some do so becausethey have a needed sleep that provides them withnecessary energy for more important things later inthe day; some do so because they do something elsethat they can only do at that particular time. Ofcourse, if they are not very familiar with the contentof the missed class, they should make up for it.There is another case, though not very common, thatthe whole course or part of it is improper or just toosimple for some students or many. Then they should beable to skip some classes.Another important reason why college students canskip classes is that they are mature. Almost all ofthem are more than 18 years old. They have formed thesense of judgement and know what is good or bad forthemselves. They know for what and for whom they arestudying, and they can judge reasonably whether theyshould skip or not skip a particular class underparticular circumstances.The world today has come to era of “knowledgeexplosion”. Mountains of useful knowledge andinformation are waiting for young students to know ormaster. They cannot afford seeing their hours flowingaway with nothing accomplished. If they feel it awaste of time going to certain classes, why must theyattend them?Learning useful things and doing things that canbenefit them most should be the guide-line instudents’ studies.All in all college students should have the right toskip classes.
